Non-Disclosure
SmallPlanetMarketing.com will never resell or share any information supplied to our company with any third party. The information supplied will only be used by our design team for the sole purpose of creating your new brand. If you feel the need our company will gladly sign any NDA before any design work is started.
Logo Design Service
With respect to the logo design package selected, clients are allowed to choose only one logo, slogan, business card, envelope, and letter head design. All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the client which are not selected by the client remain the full property of SmallPlanetMarketing.com. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the client's order for an additional service and design charge to be determined.
Logo Design Payments
All prices listed on SmallPlanetMarketing.com.com are in US Dollars. All work must be paid in advance prior to any design work commencing. Clients purchasing SmallPlanetMarketing.com’s service must pay for the service online via credit card or offline via telephone, certified check or money order. Client’s will be charged for the Package(s) selected. If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address when you register as a client. SmallPlanetMarketing.com.com will email the client a receipt for the transactions.
Logo Design Ownership
All final artwork become the property of the client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. SmallPlanetMarketing.com retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials.
Our Disclaimer
The client guarantees that all elements of text furnished to SmallPlanetMarketing.com for inclusion in the logo samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by any other organization worldwide. The client will hold harmless, protect, and defend SmallPlanetMarketing.com Inc. and of its sister companies from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements or designs furnished by the client. SmallPlanetMarketing.com guarantees that all the logo designs provided to their clients are uniquely created by the SmallPlanetMarketing.com designers. By purchasing a logo package from SmallPlanetMarketing.com.com, the client understands the Logo Designs provided may resemble a copyright image. Should this be the case, SmallPlanetMarketing.com will re-design the Logos.
Project Duration
Client agrees to provide timely responses to SmallPlanetMarketing.com after notification of sample completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set logo design samples submitted to the client for review. If after 30 days the client has failed to respond, SmallPlanetMarketing.com will assume the project complete and the project shall be deemed to be complete. SmallPlanetMarketing.com will have no further obligation to client, and client shall pay SmallPlanetMarketing.com all fees and expenses associated with work performed by SmallPlanetMarketing.com.
Project Termination
SmallPlanetMarketing.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate client’s access to all or a portion of the service, at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of such termination, SmallPlanetMarketing.com will work with client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to client as a result of such termination. Should client’s use of the service result from client’s material breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, client shall not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by both companies.

We guarantee your full satisfaction and will keep working until you are 100% satisfied.
Note: All Rush design order fees and non-refundable.
Note: All prices are in US funds.
Note: If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 business days, during any point of the design process, your project is deemed completed. It is your responsibility to check your e-mails and stay current with your project development. To restart your project after 30 business days a fee of $150 will apply.
